Program ManagerAnnet is the Program Manager at STAR Health Improvement and Livelihood Development Program, where she brings a strategic and compassionate approach to driving impactful community initiatives. Holding a Master’s degree in Development Studies, Annet has a deep understanding of social and economic development, which she applies to STAR’s diverse programs. Her leadership ensures that each project—whether in community health, women’s economic empowerment, education, climate action, or advocacy—is executed with effectiveness, respect, and inclusivity.
