About Us

Star Health Improvement and Livelihood Development Program Limited is dedicated to improving and strengthening the health and socioeconomic well-being of vulnerable and marginalised groups, primarily rural women, children, and youths, in Uganda. Star Health Improvement and Livelihood Development Program Limited was established in 2018 and registered in 2019 as a community not-for-profit organisation to address climate change, hunger, and poverty, especially among women and youth living in vulnerable communities in Africa. The organisation is registered with a certificate of incorporation (Registration No.: 80020002270179) with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau, and is certified as a community-based organisation under No.: CBS/1007/2021 in Masindi District and under No.: 1701744 in Kiboga District, and is also registered under the SAM system (Systems for Award Management) with the Unique Entity Identifier: F1k5TL58JJ37.
